This Privacy Policy applies to Android and iOS applications published by EASY DIGITAL CONCEPT.

Applications covered by this policy include:

Some applications may be available on Android, iOS, or both platforms.

1. Personal data

EASY DIGITAL CONCEPT does not collect, store on its servers, sell, or share personal data through these applications.

The applications do not require users to create an account or sign in. We do not request or collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, account credentials, advertising identifiers, or other personal information.

2. Analytics, advertising and crash reporting

The applications do not contain advertising and do not use advertising SDKs. EASY DIGITAL CONCEPT does not use analytics, tracking, profiling, or third-party crash-reporting services in these applications.

3. Network communication

The applications may use the device's local network or Wi-Fi connection to discover and communicate with compatible lighting-control interfaces.

This communication takes place locally between the device running the application and compatible lighting-control equipment. The applications do not send usage data, personal data, device data, light-show files, or configuration files to EASY DIGITAL CONCEPT servers.

4. Platform permissions

Depending on the application, operating-system version, and application framework used, Android or iOS may request or declare permissions related to network access, local-network discovery, Bluetooth, camera access, microphone or audio access, device storage, audio settings, files, or keeping the device active.

The presence of a permission in an application package does not mean that personal data is collected or transmitted. EASY DIGITAL CONCEPT does not use these permissions to collect, profile, track, sell, or share user data. Some permissions may be included by the application framework or retained for compatibility with platform or application functionality.

The applications do not collect, store, or transmit the user's geographical location.

5. Local files and storage

The applications may create, read, and modify light-show, project, and configuration files stored locally on the user's device.

These files remain on the user's device and are not automatically uploaded to EASY DIGITAL CONCEPT or shared with third parties. Users remain in control of their locally stored files and may delete them using the application, the operating system, or another file-management method available on their device.

6. Data sharing

Because the applications do not collect personal or sensitive user data for transmission to EASY DIGITAL CONCEPT, we do not sell or share such data with third parties.

7. Data retention and deletion

EASY DIGITAL CONCEPT does not retain user data from these applications on its servers.

Files stored locally by an application remain on the device until they are deleted by the user, removed by the application, or removed by the operating system, including when application data is cleared or the application is uninstalled, depending on the platform, storage location, and operating-system version.

8. Purchases and subscriptions

The applications do not provide in-app purchases or subscriptions.

9. Children

These applications are not specifically designed for or directed at children.

10. Security

Since the applications do not transmit personal information to EASY DIGITAL CONCEPT, no personal-data database is maintained by EASY DIGITAL CONCEPT for these applications. Users should nevertheless protect access to their devices and local networks using appropriate security measures.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the functionality of our applications, platform requirements, or applicable legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page together with its last-updated date.
